If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose beyond your authorized subscription
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Farm Dog provides a comprehensive agricultural productivity platform designed for agronomists, crop consultants, and farm professionals. Our Service includes:

5.1 Account Creation

Our Trademarks: "Farm Dog," the Farm Dog logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Farm Dog, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. User Content and Data Ownership

8.1 Your Data Rights

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content and Field Data. Farm Dog does not claim ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

8.2 License to Use Your Content

By uploading User Content, you grant Farm Dog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and transmit your User Content
• Display your User Content back to you and authorized users
• Create derivative works necessary to provide the Service (e.g., thumbnails, format conversions)
• Backup and archive your User Content for disaster recovery

This license exists solely to operate and improve the Service and terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

8.3 Data Export

You may export your User Content at any time in standard formats. We provide tools to:

• Download individual reports and photos
• Bulk export all field data
• Access your data via API

8.4 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
